PJ MAC HVAC adds furnace repair capacity at Bala Cynwyd headquarters
The Bala Cynwyd company said it added technician availability and standardized furnace diagnostics for the winter season.

PJ MAC HVAC Air Duct Cleaning said it has expanded its furnace repair work to keep up with heavier demand during the coldest stretch of the year, with the changes centered at its Bala Cynwyd headquarters.
The company, which operates from 100 Presidential Blvd 303, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004, said the update includes more technician availability and refined diagnostic procedures for homeowners and commercial property owners. It serves Southeastern Pennsylvania, with demand for furnace repair rising in Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Chester County.
"Our team has organized additional scheduling capacity and standardized diagnostic protocols to address furnace repair requests efficiently during the winter season," said Doug Stiefel, contact person for PJ MAC HVAC Air Duct Cleaning. "This enhancement reflects an operational decision to allocate resources where service demand has consistently increased."
Under the expanded service, technicians inspect heat exchangers, burners, ignition systems, thermostats, and airflow components to find mechanical or electrical faults. Appointments include a written assessment describing what was found and what repairs are recommended, which gives property owners documentation of the visit.
The company said it handles common complaints such as uneven heating cycles, odd noises, restricted airflow, and furnaces that will not start. Repairs cover gas and electric systems in single-family homes, multi-unit residential buildings, and light commercial properties. Work is done by licensed HVAC technicians following Pennsylvania regulations, manufacturer specifications, and local mechanical codes.
The changes followed an operational review at the start of the 2026 heating season, in which company leadership looked at service request patterns, how technician workloads were spread, and parts inventory. That led to updated use of scheduling software, revised tracking of commonly replaced furnace parts, and better dispatch coordination between office staff and field crews.
PJ MAC HVAC Air Duct Cleaning, which reports more than 32 years of industry experience, also offers maintenance and inspections meant to catch developing problems early, along with air duct cleaning.
